Bootcamp at Our Spokane Gym
Bootcamp is one super-charged workout! If you’re ready for next level fitness, and you’re up for the challenge, join us every Saturday at 10:00 AM. Members and non-members welcome!
Bootcamp is a hard core workout that combines exercises like classic calisthenics (such as push-ups and jumping jacks) with high impact cardio activities.
Bootcamp does not include the structured intervals of a HIIT workout, but it’s still a high-intensity, full-body workout led by a trainer.

Fitness beginners and athletes alike — come by our Spokane gym! Bootcamp is offered every Saturday morning at 10:00 AM.
If you’re not quite able to achieve some of the high intensity movements, we can modify the exercises to meet you where you are.
