Using three different MILLI Challenges has allowed me to do this in stages. Has this been hard? Yes. Is it worth it? Yes.
It has also gave me more confidence in myself and I have proved to myself that even though it is hard and my muscles hurt I can do it.With the help of Milady I will continue to build muscle and tone.
I'm looking forward to the next, so I can accomplish my original goal of getting to 200lbs.Who knows I may be down to 200 by the time the next challenge starts and have to find a new goal.

These classes have between two to five members and allow our fitness experts to pay attention to each participant to ensure they are understanding the movements. Don’t let the ballet bar fool you, this class is the real deal. Focusing on simple isometric movements, our instructors will pinpoint and engage specific muscles. MÜV Barre is a great way to maintain muscle strength and increase density, all while building your endurance. You will leave every class feeling stronger than the class before. Our instructors will provide an efficient, effective, and safe workout you’ll return to again and again.
An engaging and steady tempo class focused on building and improving total body strength through proven training methods and progressive, yet fun, challenges. This class will not only improve functional strength for life’s activities, but you’ll see improvement in muscle tone and definition. MÜV Force utilizes kettlebells, TRX, dumbbells, and a multitude of other options to help find your inner strength.
This is a fully engaging, high-intensity, and dynamic training class designed to keep you moving and drastically improve your cardiovascular conditioning. This fast-paced class will integrate interval training and dynamic strength sets to not only get you but to make your body a calorie consuming machine for hours after your workout. This occurs from our coaches motivating you to work your body in a way that has a strong caloric “afterburn effect.” Clients have been shown to burn up to 1,000 calories in a class – and even more when they leave the studio.
