We want to pass on healthy habits to the youth in our Everett community. That’s why we offer youth fitness at our Everett gym. We offer sports training for ages 12 through 18, teaching them healthy habits, sportsmanship, and teamwork.

Our gym in Everett is proud to offer youth fitness to support our younger community. Our sports training is aimed at youth ages 12 through 18. Physical fitness for our kids can help them improve their physical health, brain function, and mood. 

Physical fitness also helps keep the body strong as it grows, improve mental health by decreasing symptoms of depression, anxiety, pain, and loneliness, and can help with focus.
