Bootcamp! Just like the name sounds, this high intensity exercise program is hard work!
Led by a certified instructor, sessions include exercises like classic calisthenics (remember jumping jacks?) and other high impact cardio and strength exercises.
If this sounds like HIIT, you’d be right; Bootcamp is a robust workout that’s super energetic and keeps your muscles guessing. Bootcamp does not feature the structured intervals of a classic HIIT workout, but it’s just as gritty, just as effective.

Join us each Saturday at 10:00 AM for a challenging hour of exercise! Fitness beginners and athletes alike are encouraged to attend. Work at your own pace, but be prepared for some high intensity exercise!
