Nutrition extends beyond the gym. When you leave our Columbia fitness center after an invigorating workout, what you put in your body right after is so important to your fitness development. 

Your body needs a sufficient amount of proteins and nutrients after a work out to aid in recover (especially if you are strength training- but this applies to all fitness). Your body development depends on your post workout recovery and what you ingest right after is important. 

But there are so many reasons why a focus on nutrition is beneficial to you:
