I'm looking forward to the next, so I can accomplish my original goal of getting to 200lbs.Who knows I may be down to 200 by the time the next challenge starts and have to find a new goal.
It has also gave me more confidence in myself and I have proved to myself that even though it is hard and my muscles hurt I can do it.With the help of Milady I will continue to build muscle and tone.
This isn't a destination for me, it's a journey. My body is always changing and if I want to continue to be strong and healthy I have to continue on this journey.
